CBCID has filed a case against the then Inspector posted at the Para Police Station on charges of not taking action against criminals and trying to save the criminals.
The family of deceased Shyam Rawat, a resident of Bapatamau, had requested the CBCID to investigate the case as no action was taken against the accused. On which CBCID has filed a case against the then mercury spectator Ranjit Singh Bhadauria at the mercury station.
This was the case
Shyam Rawat worked in 19 catering. Shyam left home 10 minutes after dinner on 30 April 2019. Late in the night, on the roof of the house of God, Shyam was climbing on the roof. Shyam was injured by falling down the wall. Late night, Shyam’s injuries were informed by his friend Rahul to elder brother Prem Shankar. Elder brother Prem Shankar and friend Rahul had taken the injured to the nearby hospital in the evening. Where doctors declared him dead.
Nose and ear bleeding
Shyam Rawat’s brother Raj had alleged that in the evening his friends Vineet, Rahul and Parmeshwar had taken him from home and planned and killed him. Also told that Shyam had injuries in both his legs and head. There was bleeding in the nose and ears. Along with this, there was also a fight in December 2018 and an attempt was made to kill him.
Mother demanded investigation
Ramkali, the mother of the deceased Shyam, had filed a case in the mercury station accusing Vineet, Rahul and Parameshwara of murder. The police released the three youths after detaining them in custody. In the absence of action, the family of the deceased Shyam had requested the CBCID to investigate the case. On which CBCID was investigating the case.
