Skoda Auto India (Skoda Auto India) is set to launch its Skoda Kushaq in India. The company can launch its upcoming SUV in the Indian market in June this year. Skoda Kushaq will be available in the Indian market in five color options. These include Candy White, Brilliant Silver, Carbon Steel, Honey Orange and Tomato Red.
Skoda Kushaq’s production model is very similar to the Vision IN concept. It has 17-inch sporty dual-tone alloy wheels and dual-tone bumpers. However, in its lower and mid variants, customers will only get 16-inch steel rims and 16-inch alloys. It has a Skoda signature style chrome-finished grill. It has LED taillights.
The wheelbase of the Skoda Kushaq is 2,651 millimeters and the ground clearance is 188 millimeters. It has a length of 4,221 millimeters, width 1,760 millimeters and height 1,612 millimeters. This is the only car in this segment that will get the maximum wheelbase.
Skoda Kushaq will launch in the Indian market with two petrol engines. These include 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder TSI and 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder TSI engines. Its 1.0-liter 3-cylinder TSI engine will generate maximum power of 113 bhp. At the same time, its 1.5-liter 4-cylinder TSI engine will generate maximum power of 147 bhp. In both Skoda Kushaq engines, customers will get a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. At the same time, the 1.0-liter TSI engine will get 6-speed AMT and the 1.5-liter TSI engine will have the option of 7-speed DSG.
It features safety features such as 6 airbags, tire pressure monitoring, ESC, ISOFIX child seat mounts, hill-hold control, auto headlamps and wipers, multi-collision braking system.
In its cabin, customers will get a dual-tone paint scheme. Talking about its features, it has a 10-inch infotainment system, which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It includes ventilated front seats, AC vents at the rear, wireless MirrorLink, MID instrument console, ambient lighting, 7-speaker music system, cruise control, 2-spoke steering wheel, steering mounted controls, auto-demining IRVMs, wireless charger and My Skoda Connect Features like that will be available.
